Smola Havstuer is a small hotel situated on the west side of the island Smøla on the nortwestern coast of Norway. Among hundreds of smaller islands and rocks and with the open ocean only minutes away. We offer comfortable rooms, local food and activities. Intimate and undisturbed on our own small island, but with direct access by car. The hotel is new and opened on 14 March 2008. Fisheries are the traditional way of living on Smøla and still today this is an important activity. Parts of the interior in one of our buildings consists of materials from an old boathouse and a small scale fish processing factory is an integrated part of the hotel. We offer you close contact with coastal nature and coastal culture.
